Return and Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. All approved returns must be shipped to our central warehouse.
30-Day Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original components, accessories, and packaging must be included.
- The product must show no signs of damage due to misuse or negligent handling.
- Hygiene-sensitive items must be unused and clean.
- Defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt, with photographic evidence.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear to have been used, damaged, or altered.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 7 business days of its approval status. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please send an email to: support@emilyoliviatoronto.com
Your email must include:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photographs (if the item is damaged or defective)
- Full name
- Complete shipping address
Do not send any items without prior confirmation. We will provide the exact return address after reviewing your request. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Important Shipping Information
As our products are shipped from our international warehouse, transit times may vary. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you must wait to receive the item and then initiate a return request.
Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
- The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
- Initial shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Return Address
All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse. The exact address will be provided to you after your request has been approved by our team. Return shipping costs, customs duties, and any applicable import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
